VILLA HILLS CIVIC CLUB
January 16th, 2007

The 500th Meeting of the Villa Hills Civic Club was called to order by President, Ed
Nutini on January 16th at 7:00p.m.

Officers Absent: Scott Goodell & Chris Wagner

Membership Report:

Membership forms for the new year were just put in the mail to all residents of Villa
Hills. If you are not a resident of Villa Hills and would like to become a member
please stop by the Club to join today, or visit our web site at www.villahillscivicclub to join.

We would like to extend a big “Thank You” to Steve, Chris, Leo, Dee, Doreen, Sue, Karen, Tracey, Tony, Denny, Trent and Della for all their help in getting the membership forms stuffed and ready for mailing. What great team work!!

Having a Party? The Civic Club is available to rent. Keep us in mind for all your upcoming parties. Our Karaoke equipment is also available for rental with your party booking. Please contact Chris Wagner at 859/341-1818 for availability and details if interested. Please plan ahead so you get the date you need.

Old Business:

The next Spaghetti Night will be February 13th, make sure you put in your reservations early to help us plan ahead of time. Please call the club at 341-7227 for reservations no later than noon on February 12th,. Or see sign up sheet at the club the next time you stop in. This is a wonderful event and very inexpensive. You get Spaghetti and meat balls, garlic bread, salad and cookie. All for only $7.00 for adults and $2.00 for kids. Come and enjoy a night out with your friends and family. We do all the cooking and clean up and all you need to do is relax and enjoy the evening with the company of good friends.

Karaoke night at the Civic Club will be on Friday February 2nd from 8:30 til 12:30.
Please plan to join us for a great time and feel free to bring some friends. Even if you
do not sing, it is great night of entertainment by those that do sing or at least try to.

1) Women and Men welcome
2) Hold 'em / Black Jack / 7 Card Stud / 50-50s
3) $5 Admission Fee
4) $1 only for Draft Beer
5) Bottle Beer, Mixed Drinks and Food will be available
6) You must be 18 years of age to enter the hall.

Monies raised from this event will be utilized to fund the myriad of youth, adult and senior citizen programs the Civic Club organizes and sponsors. Thank you for your time. Hope you can join us. Spread the word!

A motion was made by Ernie Brown, seconded by Leo Wolfert to adjourn the meeting.
