Host an Event at Your Neighborhood Club
VHCC isn't a traditional private event venue. It's an active, member-based civic club — and that's part of what makes hosting an event here unique.
Members can reserve the Clubhouse, Pavilion or both for approved gatherings while the Club continues to operate for the membership.
That means other VHCC members may still be enjoying the Club, grounds and amenities while your event is taking place. Your designated event area is reserved for your gathering, but hosting an event does not provide exclusive use of the entire VHCC property.
Think of it less like renting a banquet hall and more like hosting your celebration at your neighborhood gathering place.
The Space
One Rental. The Whole Space.
No need to choose between indoors and outdoors. When you host an event at VHCC, your rental includes access to both the clubhouse and pavilion, giving you the flexibility to use the space in whatever way works best for your gathering.
Use the clubhouse for food, drinks and indoor seating. Spread out under the pavilion. Or let your guests move between the two throughout the event.

Every VHCC event rental includes access to both the clubhouse and pavilion, giving you indoor and covered outdoor space for your gathering.

A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required when the rental agreement is signed to reserve your date. The remaining rental balance is due 30 days before your event. A separate $75 refundable cleaning and damage deposit is also due 30 days before the event.
Planning an Event in 2027?
The rates above apply to events taking place through December 31, 2026. Rental rates will increase for events held in 2027. Please contact VHCC for current pricing when requesting a 2027 event date.
Submitting an event inquiry does not reserve your date. Your reservation is confirmed once the required rental agreement and deposit have been completed.
