Membership Basics
A Few Helpful Reminders
VHCC membership runs from January 1 through December 31 each year. Keeping your annual dues current keeps your membership in good standing and ensures you can continue enjoying your membership privileges.
Bringing a Guest?
We love meeting new neighbors and friends! Full Members may bring a guest to the Club for up to two visits before that guest is required to obtain a membership of their own.
If they keep coming back, we'll take it as a compliment — and point them toward the membership application.
Moving?
Don't forget to let us know if your address changes during the membership year. A change in residence may affect whether you qualify for Full or Associate Membership, so keeping your information current helps us keep our membership records accurate.

Your Club Is Better When Members Get Involved
Want to know more about what's happening behind the scenes at VHCC? Members are welcome to get involved in the life of the Club in whatever way works for them.
Membership Meetings
Regular membership meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, January through November, at 7:00 PM at the Civic Club unless otherwise announced.
Full Members in good standing can participate in votes on matters brought before the membership. Voting members must generally be present to vote; proxy voting is not permitted.
Volunteer
You don't need to serve on the Board or volunteer every weekend to make a difference. From major events to occasional cleanup days and special projects, there are plenty of opportunities to lend a hand when you can.
